My First Gig Getting ready for my first gig, scary. I'm doing three sets of fifteen minutes Want to come over as cool not lairy May have a few Jack n cokes, not Guiness First set comprises personal poems So the audience can get to know me I hope its not too loud, just a low hum I will have a few good friends there, yippee! My second set's theme is legend and myth Some of my favourite Sonnet stories There will be romance, sorcery and  death Myths of Vampires, Witches and a monkey Last set is about our natural world Seasons, flowers, trees, birds and leaves flying The audience will see my leaves unfurl I hope to leave them dreaming not crying I can't please all the people all the time Try to be myself, not hide my disguise Rob Edwards #napowrimo
