Hi call me Reg for short, I am a retired truck driver from southern England I started writing whilst in the army in Berlin during the 1960s. I started writing lyrics then moved into rhyming verse. A couple of years ago I wrote a childrens story book and last year a poetry book called Another Trucking Poet, I publish under the name of James Gordon my middle two names. I love good rhyming poetry, I don't call myself a poet just an old wordsmith. I will put some verse on here if i ever find out how to do so, i'm a complete dinosaur when it comes to technology i don't even own a mobile phone and don't do social media but hey i'm here.
