Love the idea of 'dissolutions', I need to follow suit! Especially the tea and scone part 😄 but in all seriousness bad habits can really affect confidence- I guess in terms of writing is not being afraid of feedback and critiques and view it as learning to improve rather than an overall assesment of ability! Bad habit to not keep actively learning! If that makes sense!
