@Grace Wells Thank you so much! I completely agree I started writing poetry about two years ago just for fun but overtime started writing more. It’s always been an outlet for me to cope with what I’m going through as well. One thing thats really hard is that it’s always my close friends or family telling me these things. I think I just needed to hear some advice from people who actually understand what I love to do :) thank you for helping.

I honestly never thought of it like that so thank you so much. All of my poems are based on situations I'm going through at the time. I always get comments like "that's too sad." or "that's a little dark don't you think." Every time I've finished a poem I'm so proud of it but hearing comments like that makes it so hard sometimes. Sad poetry is my favorite too, I feel like it holds the most emotion.
