We are committed to providing this space for you because we believe that everyone deserves a chance to express themselves creatively and share their work with others who share their interests.
We hope you will join us in creating an open-minded, accepting, and supportive community of people who can help each other grow as poets.

@Adam Gary definitely Both! For a literal example, not too long ago I came a crossed a 150 yr old cedar tree! It was tall almost breaking the clouds. I sat for awhile imagining all the creatures who could’ve come and gone through those years. I also thought about how they always carry their colors through winter, giving winter life!
An aspect of nature— Me and my uncle started a 30 acre orchard 2 years ago and we planted all these plots of trees, flowers, & fruits around an abandoned house that belonged to a family member at one point. In which has a dark past. I saw my rage in this house. It didn’t bring my rage out, but it reminded me of how upset I can be. While everything around me is always colorful and progressing I can forget myself at time of high stress and be blind what I have. Here is what I wrote:
Colors of Abandoned
A voice given long ago,
Moans of the floor,
Once laid a blue core.
Left to age,
in a garden less of rage,
Full of colors,
Full colors,
And you,
An uneven grey.
This is so up for interpretation, literally where was I in nature, or what aspects of nature did I see myself in?
