Humour is the hardest to write and dates the quickest. I read Lewis Carroll (Charles Dodson's) Hunting of the Snark,. I still can't write poems to order though.
Humour is a many splendoured thing and the best medicine. I don't know that I'm great at humour poems but I try. I can scribble out a limerick or an epitaph. I don't know that I want to delve into satire in today's world. Let's face it, someone will take offense to any humour so why not give it a go. Coincidentally, I'm reading Stephen Leacock's Theory of Humour and I might get a review out of it when I finish the book. He grew up a couple of km from where I live now. I'll post something humourous later today.
