Hello! Hope everyone's doing well.
I'm thinking of writing a blogpost about what Writer's Block means to writers. I've seen different writers have different experiences with writer's block.
I will obviously include you in the post with due credits. If you're interested please reply to this thread or PM me and I'll get back to you. Have a nice day!
Admin Note: I have moved this to Poetry Discussion. It was tough figuring out whether it belonged in Gen. Discussion, Promote Yourselves, or of course P. Discussion. But as you're not directly promoting yourself, and as it is writing related, I went with P. Discussion in the hopes you'll get a larger response :)
What a great idea! Good Luck 🍀For me an aid to writers block is finding new words. I have a fantastic oxford dictionary- a Shorters (two volumes). That is a tremendous help. Exploring the etymology and history of words, transports me and paints a picture far from my current state of mind. So my advice to any one is to find a new list of favourite words. That as writers we have this tool.
For Example- Today's Word- Anathema Maranatha - A portentously intensified curse. (just delightful 😉)
