So, I had an idea that we could all do, as all you lovely people are very poetical and it would be cool for us each to make a poem and then combine them all as one. It could be some sort of poetic collective, even more so, anyway...
The idea is this:
write a haiku... based on the previous haiku... the haiku lines MUST be:
4 syllables then 3 syllables then 2 syllables then 1 syllable.
To put it more clearly:
4
3
2
1
Rules
* positive haikus preferable
* Each Word Capitalized, Please
* grammar is 0p, ti0næl!?
* Enjoy writing it.
*exceptional exceptions will be accepted
*For the sake of a 'well tracked' train of poems just heart the poem once you're done...
(btw Thanks Terry, good work, I like the repetition idea)
P.s.
dunno if this style is classed as a haiku but anyway let me know if you do. As I said it would be good to have a more positive slant on your haiku but do whatever feels right. Enjoy nonetheless.
Anyway, I'll start
Was It Easy,
Your Life Lived;
Knowing
Love?
So, yeah, the next person can elaborate from this "haiku" and then the next person can elaborate from that one... who knows we could get a 100 people poem train going lel it's your choice if you want to join, you choo-choose. Be bored or get aboard! Peace.
Loving the poem comments so far, you all are great!
