Has anyone seen it? For those who don't know, it's a cooking show for amateurs who have to recreate elaborately designed desserts and the results are... far from satisfactory. This show made me realise that I haven't laughed so hard at anything so wholesome for so long.
Here is one of my favourite moments from the series so far. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did:
The last cooking show I watched on Netflix was with Paris Hilton, and that had a happy ending.
This looks like an awesome show. I had a similar experience while trying to make the equivalent of the famous Cadbury egg. My friend made it sound so easy - but never told me that I needed a candy thermometer. What a mess!!!!! The "failed" cake pictured here triggered the candy memory and thus a lot of laughs.
Wow! That's an awesome fail. Love it!
it looks fun but I don't have Netflix or a TV lol
This actually looks amazing! I will definitely look this up! I actually watched a flix movie just last night and has really motivated me again! It's called Tick, Tick...Boom! About the life of musical theatre composer Jon Larsson. I come from a theatre background so was well aware of him for Rent, but not his life. Anyway it's really refreshing to see a movie like this that actually shows an artist who 'made it' but actually shows the struggle we all go through putting our hearts and souls into things and it not always working out the first time around!
Here's the trailer:
