I been working out over past 7 weeks and I notice there are foods I like to eat that I wish didn't have any negative effects on me.

3.Pizza
4.Nuts
5.Fish
6.Seafood
7.Ice Cream
8.Brownies
9.Jalapenos
10.Habenaros
11.Mangos(yes,flavor is awesome,some reason,my body reacts to actual fruit)
12.Shrimp
13.Squid
14.Swordfish
15.Tomatoes(Especially for teeth)
Just to name few,although I am highly allergic to all seafood and nuts,so I can't eat fish and chips,unfortunately(apologies for my British Friends on here,since I heard Fish and Chips is a favorite).
In any event,if you were to eat anything and had no effect on you,what would it be???
I am lactose intolerant, so tops on my list would be ice cream. : )
