Frankly, my entire life has been about navigating betrayal. It's awful I wouldn't wish it on any one. Trust is so essential just to survive a relationship. My trust is so eroded. Betrayal is the first true step toward pathology. And I feel like I'm less of a human being because if it.... Lol is that too heavy?

Wow, that's so true. Betrayal is a big part of life, and I've experienced it in BIG ways since I was 12 years old right up until late February and smaller instances even more recently. It sucks. And @The Garish Grackle is right, each time you become less human for it I think. Or at least, less present perhaps

@Adam Gary thanks for that🕷. M Scott Peck’s -People if the Lie- the path to evil is so simple and easy, as evil truly exists. What a discipline rigorous honesty is. Easy enough though, if you’ve suffered and been a victim of betrayal. I too have suffered under the long haul of betrayal, for what seems like life times.
