Hello!
I'm not sure if anyone noticed but I went AWOL last week. A lot was going on and I was super stressed and tired so I took an impromptu break. Honestly, I've had a pretty bad Monday and I'm not feeling amazing. Moods are weird. I hate being an adult.
Anyway. I don't know if there's a post about this already but I'm too tired to check so I'm sorry. If I find one later, I'll delete this one.
How do you all help your mental health?
My go to thing is watching or listening to ASMR, I think. I feel like I mostly just fumble through life and every so often I somehow make myself feel better on a fluke. I don't know.
One of the most important mental health preservation methods I have learned is to do one thing at a time, one day at a time, one heart beat at a time. I have come to treasure the present moment as the firm ground from which to grow, to heal and to make a difference.
