Not sure whether I will go trick or treating with my son this year or not, but we usually hold the tradition of watching The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown, eat Halloween themed popcorn (basically poppycock popcorn with candy corn), and we dress up.
I've been wanting to go to Salem, Mass for Halloween for the last seven years, but I haven't been able to save up for it. So hopefully next year will be different. It would be really cool to attend a masquerade as well, but there doesn't appear to be any where I live unfortunately.
