I know there's a correlation between sunlight and improved mood/happiness - but I find I'm generally happier during colder seasons. Rain especially is the best backdrop and soundtrack for writing! 🌨️🌨️
I don't think I have a favorite season. I write to whatever season thats in my head. And that is not always the same as whats outside my window. But winter is for sure not my cup of tea.
My favorite season is Fall. I never had a favorite season until I moved to a scenic town that has the prettiest Autumn I've ever seen! I could stare at the falling leaves all day if I could... but I can't since it's Spring :,)
Favorite season is winter/fall.
Although, do find summer is where I tend to do my biggest works.
Probably comes down to my performance background and I use to perform poetry around spring time. And write great works in summer.
Whatever falls, hand writes.
Definitely autumn for me! It's a combination of the cool, crisp air (when I used to live in cooler climates at least) mixed with the angle the autumn morning sun shines that gets my creative juices flowing. It's like my mind associates those two stimuli with school starting, even though I've been out of school for over a decade.
It's autumn for me. The sky is quietening down, everything becomes dreary and dark in the afternoon, it's rainy and blue but with all the colours of fire outside. I write better when it's miserable lol it's also my favourite season outside of writing. Nothing quite like warm socks and endless cups of green tea 🍂
I prefer the transitional seasons (spring and autumn) there's something about the world coming to life and fading agin that I find really inspiring. If I had to choose, I think it would be autumn.
I loved winter as a young'un but now it's too cold outside and everyone is grumpy so I hole up in front of a roaring fire with my dogs 🤣
Hi, I like spring. I noticed that time of the year I feel more motivated.
I love autumn 🍂 both personally and also in my creative mode. I don't know why that time of year had magic on me. I feel nostalgic, all my fossil memories resurface. There is a sweet sadness in the aura. I absolutely love that( also a little depressive for me) still😅😅.
I like autumn 🍁 but think I’m the most creative in the summer ☀️
With regards to poetry, I tend to thrive on sunny days (the sun perks me up any season and gets my river flowing). With regards to the season itself: Summer.....I'm a Summer guy. Autumn is kind of on par with that, but Summer. That's my answer.
I don't think my creativity fluctuates with the seasons. I guess I write a bit less during December with Christmas and what have you.
Overall, my favourite season is the spring. It's warm but not mega hot and it's not freezing and everything is blooming and colourful. I love it.
